A custom visual direction, mobile layouts, and a project gallery using up to 12 photos you supply.
- Forms and search setup
One estimate-request form, click-to-call and email links, page titles and descriptions, a sitemap, and connection to your existing domain.
- Two revision rounds
One consolidated round on the design direction and one on the built site. Additional rounds or a change in scope are quoted before work continues.
- Project timeline
Plan for 3–4 weeks after content and scope are ready, subject to the start date in your quote and timely feedback. You review and approve the site before launch.
- Ownership and handover
After full payment, your custom website files are yours. You keep control of your domain. Any third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.
Your business details, services, service area, logo if you have one, and photos you have permission to use. I’ll tidy and organise the copy you supply.
Photography, a new logo, long-form copywriting, booking systems, online payments and extra pages are separate additions.
Optional. Your care quote sets out the monthly cost, included update time and how extra work is charged. You can choose your own provider. Ongoing advertising or SEO campaigns aren’t part of the build.

Launch isn’t the end of the project. Hosting and updates are optional and quoted separately, so you only pay for what you use.
Secure hosting and domain setup, or connection to the provider you already use. Your care quote sets out the monthly cost and the update time included.
Content changes, new sections and improvements as the business grows, from the same person who built the site.
Page titles, descriptions, headings, structured data and a sitemap are part of every build. Ongoing advertising or SEO campaigns aren’t.

Can I add pages later?
Yes. New service pages, case studies and galleries can be added after launch. Each one is quoted before the work starts.
Do I have to use your hosting?
No. Hosting is optional. I can connect the site to a provider you already use, or set up hosting for you.
What if I don’t have good photos?
The gallery uses up to 12 photos you supply and have permission to use. If you don’t have usable photos, photography can be quoted as a separate addition.
What happens if I need more revision rounds?
The standard scope includes two consolidated rounds. Additional rounds or a change in scope are quoted before work continues.
