Questions.

Answers about pricing, timelines, ownership and support. Contact me if you have another question.

Is the free preview really free?

Yes. I build a preview of your new homepage at no cost. If you don’t want to go ahead, you don’t pay anything and you don’t owe me anything.

What happens after the preview?

If you like it, we go over the pages and features you need and you get a clear price in writing before any paid work begins. If it isn’t right for you, you walk away.

I’m busy. How much will you need from me?

We’ll start with your services, goals, and any photos or branding you already have. I’ll make it clear what’s needed and keep feedback focused on the decisions that matter.

Can you guarantee more customers or a top Google ranking?

No one can honestly guarantee those results. I can build a clear, responsive website with a sound search foundation and an easier path to contacting you. Results also depend on demand, competition, your offer, and how people find the site.

How much does a website cost?

Every project is quoted around what the business actually needs. After a quick conversation about your goals, pages, and features, I’ll give you a clear price before any work begins.

How long does a website take?

For the standard five-page website, plan for 3–4 weeks after your content and scope are ready. Your quote confirms the start date. Extra features or delayed feedback can change the timeline.

Can you redesign my current website?

Yes. I can keep what is working, improve what isn’t, and rebuild the experience so it feels modern, loads quickly, and works properly on phones.

Will I own the finished website?

After full payment, your custom website files are yours and you retain control of your domain. Third-party assets keep their own licence terms. Optional hosting and support are quoted separately.

Can you handle the domain and hosting?

Yes. I can connect your domain, set up dependable hosting, launch the site, and handle ongoing updates so you don’t have to manage the technical side.

Can I request changes after launch?

Absolutely. Ongoing support is available for content updates, new sections, and improvements as your business grows.

What’s included in the standard website package?

Five pages (Home, Services, Projects, About and Contact), a custom design, mobile layouts, a project gallery of up to 12 photos you supply, one estimate-request form, click-to-call and email links, page titles and descriptions, a sitemap, connection to your domain and two revision rounds.

What do I need to provide?

Your business details, services, service area, a logo if you have one, and photos you have permission to use. I’ll tidy and organise the copy you supply.

Do you write the content?

I’ll tidy and organise the copy you supply and shape it into clear pages. Long-form copywriting is available as a separate addition.

Do you use templates?

No. Layouts, type and colour are chosen for each business and its customers.

Who will I be working with?

Me, Isaac, directly, from the first call to launch day and after. There are no account managers or hand-offs.

Do you only work with trades?

I focus on trades and local service businesses, and I also build sites for independent shops, food businesses and professional services.

Do you work outside the Comox Valley?

Yes. I work with businesses in Campbell River and up-Island, and the whole process can be handled online.

Is search engine optimisation included?

Every site is built with search foundations: descriptive titles and headings, structured data, a sitemap and a crawlable build. Ongoing SEO campaigns and advertising aren’t part of the build, and no one can honestly guarantee rankings.

What if I need more than two rounds of changes?

Additional revision rounds or a change in scope are quoted before work continues, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
